How do I typically coach?
I tailor my approach to your individual needs and goals. Sessions work the process of assessment, goal setting, action steps and back to assessment. You can choose to work individually or as part of a group.
Most coaching is via telephone, which is how I prefer to do my coaching, although Skype or in person (if we are in same city) can be arranged. I am able to listen deeper and have greater intuitions without any body distractions. It can be more cost effective.
After the introductory assessment, when we determine your goals, projects, or area of growth, a package of sessions is suggested in order to achieve your interests. Or we go only month by month basis. Each session is typically 45 minutes, with emergency calls and email support included.
How does group coaching work?
Group coaching is done in person at your business, home or by telephone conference. The groups are coached on a weekly or monthly basis for 60 minutes per call. The synergy of group coaching can be very powerful, and usually group members are paired up to meet together additionally to achieve greater success and accountability. Assignments are typically given between sessions. Each group member must commit fully to complete confidentiality to each other participant.
How long does the process take?
It depends on your willingness to grow, the effort you make and the goals you seek. For some people one month is sufficient, for others 3 months, and still others like a more long-term relationship, such as a year. However, 3 months is typically sufficient to see significant, measurable and sustainable change.
